The email adress is info@chloebella.com It is absolutely imperative that you purchase a tape measure and find out your dog's exact measurements to ensure that you will be a happy satisfied customer when purchasing clothing items for your dog. I know how disappointing it is to be expecting a darling outfit for your dog only to try it on and find it is too long/short/tight etc. I prefer to receive your dog's exact measurements IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. Because my items are custom and handmade, I will not refund, exchange or accept returns for errors in sizing selection made by you. The Chloe Bella size chart is a very generic guide to sizing. All breeds and dogs are built differently. Your dog may have a deeper chest, longer body or thicker neck etc. than the following sizes allow for. Also, please be aware that all companies/manufacturers have a different sizing scale and may not be comparative to mine. If you are supplying me with your dog's custom measurements, the maximum size I will make is for a 12 inch neck, 17 inch chest and 15 inch length. HOW TO MEASURE YOUR DOG: Take the following measurements snugly, do not add anything to the measurements for comfort, as I add room for comfort when making the clothing. Neck: Wrap a tape measure around the base of the neck where the collar would sit Chest: Wrap a tape measure around the body at the largest point of the rib cage Waist: (for diapers and belly bands) Snuggly wrap a tape measure around the torso between the rib cage and back legs Length: IN A STANDING POSITION-Measure the topline of your dog by placing the tape measure at the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Do not take this measurement while your dog is sitting, it can easily add up to 2 inches to this measurement. All of my items have atleast 3-4 inches of strong wide velcro to safely allow for a small amount of adjustment. |
