PRODUCT INFORMATION & QUALITY

My goal is to provide you with fashionable designs that will last. My items are not meant to be worn once and thrown out. I only offer items made from excellent materials. Every garment is lined with top quality cotton lining. D rings are one solid piece with no dangerous slit in the center and they are sewn down and double reinforced. Every bow, flower, applique, etc. are BOTH glued and stitched tightly down. Bow ends are treated to prevent fraying. I am very proud of the quality of velcro I use, it is the best! Each garment has atleast 3-4 inches of heavy duty, wide velcro you can trust! (XXS & XS may have 2-3 inches due to their size) I have been in business for 3 years, and I have spent countless hours continuously perfecting and updating my unique patterns and quality. Boy items are cut higher underneath. Dresses are beautifully ruffled and never hang down too far which can cover their legs and cause tripping. I take great care with each order and work hard on every detail. You can buy with confidence from Chloe Bella and know that you will receive a garment that is functional, structurally safe, and will last your dog through many wears.

Garment care:

I highly recommend hand washing all garments that have bows, flowers and appliques. Belly bands and diapers can easily go into the washer and dryer. Close together all velcro closures to prevent the buildup of lint in the velcro during washings.Velcro lasts longer and holds tighter if you do this.

ORDERING

It is very important that you read my Sizing Page before selecting any items to purchase. My sizing guidelines may not correspond to other manufacturers/retailers. My size chart is for small breed dogs only and it ranges from XXS to Large.

HOWEVER, I much prefer to receive your pet's exact measurements if at all possible. Simply choose the size closest to your dog's measurements when placing your order, then email me at info@chloebella.com or click the 'Contact Us" in the lefthand menu. I will need your pet's neck, chest, length and waist (if diapers were ordered) measurements. 

If you are ordering an item that requires a custom initial, simply email me after your order as well. 

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

Money Orders: Processing of order will be held until money order is received.

Checks: Processing of order will be held until check has cleared my bank.

Paypal

Credit and Debit Cards: These types of payments are processed through Paypal. However, you DO NOT NEED TO SIGN UP WITH PAYPAL to use this service. Some people prefer not to have an account with Paypal and that is perfectly ok.  It says "If you do not currently have a Paypal account, click here" You would simply choose this option to proceed without creating an account with Paypal. You will then be prompted for your credit/debit card information and it will be processed like any other credit card transaction.

 SHIPPING

We ship world wide. Orders generally take 2-4 weeks for you to receive from the date of purchase if you are in the U.S. If your order is large or if you are an international customer, your order may take longer to receive. I know that it is disappointing to wait a long time for an order, I try my best to get your order out as quickly as I can, in the order it was received. Please keep in mind that quality products take time and that is my top priority.

For U.S. shipping, I charge $4 for the first item to ship and $0.50 more for each additional item. This fee includes First Class shipping through USPS, packaging and delivery confirmation. First Class shipping transit time is 2-4 business days. Which is about as fast as Priority but less expensive. This helps me keep your shipping fees low. 

RETURNS

If I have made an error in sizing or if you have received an item that is defective in any way, I will replace the item promptly.

I do not give refunds, nor do I accept returns, cancellations or exchanges.

PLEASE remember to read my Sizing Page before placing your order so that you can be sure you are selecting the most appropriate size for your pet. I prefer to receive your pet's actual measurements if at all possible so that I can customize the outfit to assure a proper fit. If you have any question as to the size you should select, please email me first. If you have ordered the wrong size for your pet, I will resize an outfit if it is possible.(For example, I can not make an xs into a small.) Please email me so that we can discuss if I am able to alter the outfit. There will also be a fee for the extra fabric, work and postage needed. The items need to be returned to me within 20 days of receipt, in the same condition I sent them to you, unwashed and unworn.
